Current Availability:

Thank you for your interest in working with me. I'm pleased to announce that the next available slots for 1:1 Coaching will open up in November 2025.

Corporate coaching engagements are also sold out at the moment. The same goes for the facilitation of Communities of Practice.

That said, I’d love to help more product organizations adopt the Product Leadership Wheel. I’m currently supporting three new clients in rolling it out and would be happy to add one or two more to the mix. If this is something you’ve been thinking about, feel free to get in touch.

I’m still available for corporate talks and continue to offer book clubs for leadership groups.

Things I'm currently doing:

  • Product at Heart 2025 (Hamburg) is just around the corner. We’re kicking off next week, and it’s all hands on deck for the final preparations. After the event, I’ll be fully immersed in wrapping things up and supporting the post-event momentum. It’s been an exciting ride—our speaker lineup is fantastic, the event is sold out, and we’re welcoming participants from 33 countries. It honestly feels a bit like the United Nations of Product Management, and that makes me incredibly proud and happy. Check out our website if you want to learn more!

  • More Learning Resources for Product Leaders: After years of working with product leaders, I’m thrilled to be finalizing two key resources:

    • The Product Leadership Wheel - The PLwheel is now finished and in active use. It’s a thoughtfully designed, visually engaging PDF that helps product leaders better understand their role and identify key development areas across People, Product, and Ways of Working. It’s also a powerful tool for sparking informed conversations at the organizational level—especially in companies looking to define what strong product leadership should look like. I’m currently supporting three organizations in rolling it out internally, and I’d love to do more of this work. In my experience, the PL Wheel proves valuable in any organization that has at least one person in a product leadership role. Learn more about the PLwheel here.

    • A 52-Week Email Course: I’m also preparing for the September launch of my new 52-week email course for product leaders, From Strong to Exceptional. Around half of the content—roughly 25 weeks—is already done and dusted, and I’ll be spending the summer creating the remaining material. The course will feature the Product Leadership Wheel as a key component and include several live sessions along the way. • I continue to promote both STRONG Product People (US/InternationalDEUKITESFRJPCA) and STRONG Product Communities, helping more people discover these valuable resources for product leadership and building vibrant Communities of Practice (CoPs). STRONG Product People is a go-to guide for product leadership and people development, while STRONG Product Communities, co-authored with Melissa Suzuno, has become a trusted resource for fostering CoPs. Both books are available on Amazon in paperback, Kindle, and audiobook formats.

  • I'm currently working with ING Bank on a longer-term engagement to support their product operating model transformation. Refine leadership strategies, and build up their product leaders toolkit.

  • In September, I’ll also start running two new internal book clubs with product teams. It’s a format I really enjoy—low lift, highly engaging, and a great way to spark important conversations.

  • In addition to all the above I'm coaching three product leads in a 1:1 setting, with two new engagements starting right now. Popular coaching topics include:

    • Scaling Product Organizations & Team Topologies: This topic inspired both my Agile Coaches Post and the article I contributed to on Mind the Product.

    • Product Strategy & Goal Setting

    • Product Operating Models & Mindset Transformation: I’ve been a few posts on transformation recently because of that.

  • I continue to share my learnings, overall observations on the product world and sometimes even little frameworks with all of you via my blog and my newsletter.

  • The podcast I co-host with Teresa Torres—All Things Product—is going strong. Listener numbers are picking up, we’re receiving great topic suggestions, we have 20 episodes out and we have several more episodes already recorded. It’s been a joy to work on, and we’re excited to keep going. You can listen here: Spotify | Apple | YouTub

  • With NurtrTech, the angel investing initiative I co-founded with my friend Vera, our current focus is getting the word out that we’re actively investing in AgriTech and sustainable food system startups. Over the summer, I’m planning to reach out to innovation hubs at universities across Germany and Europe to explore new connections and learn about promising ideas and founders. We’re also continuing to deepen our ties within the angel investment scene, and in September, Vera and I will attend the Pearl Summit in Berlin to exchange with other early-stage investors and mission-aligned entrepreneurs.

  • I’m also keeping up my reading. I will share one of them in my next newsletter episode. If you are interested in my product reading list, please check it out here.

  • And, as always, I’m balancing work with quality time for my family and personal learning. I managed to get a bit of time on the water recently to practice my wing foiling skills—I can now foil, which is honestly an amazing feeling, flying over water. I’m planning to get more rehearsal hours in over the summer. Moments like these also remind me why I continue to practice setting and maintaining clear boundaries around my work.

MY NOT-TO-DO LIST:

  • Coaching for IC-level PMs.

  • Coaching for aspiring Product Coaches. If that's you, here's a blog post where I share some insights.

  • I'm not offering training in any form.

  • Non-client meetings: If you don't belong one of the groups mentioned above and want to pick my brain, that's perfectly fine. But you are one of many people asking for this one particular thing. So I can't usually answer these requests unless you book a coaching call. Which is possible :-) Just get in touch, and let's see if we can find a slot in my calendar.

THE IDEA

What's this /now-page thing? It's a movement started by Derek Sivers, and I just liked the idea. He put it best: "It's a nice reminder for myself, when I'm feeling unfocused. A public declaration of priorities. (If I'm doing something that's not on my list, is it something I want to add, or something I want to stop?) It helps me say no, too."
