Current Availability:

Thank you for your interest in working with me. Here's what I'm currently available for:

1:1 coaching
The next available slots for individual coaching will open in February 2026. If you're interested, feel free to reach out so we can explore fit and timing.

Corporate coaching
New corporate coaching engagements starting February onward are possible—whether you're a small group of product leaders looking for focused support or a larger product organization aiming to scale coaching across teams.

Product Leadership Wheel rollouts
I'm currently supporting one organization in rolling out the Product Leadership Wheel and have capacity to take on one or two additional clients. If this has been on your mind, now is a good time to start the conversation.

Talks and book clubs
I'm also available for corporate talks and continue to offer book clubs for leadership groups.

Structured, self-paced support
Even when my 1:1 capacity is limited, you can work with me through my Product Leadership email course, From STRONG to Exceptional—a 52-week journey designed to help product leaders grow with intention.

If you want to explore working together, you can find all options here: Work with me.

Last Update: 20.12.2025

Things I'm currently doing:

  • 1:1 Coaching & Corporate Engagements — I'm currently supporting four individual product leaders through 1:1 coaching. On the corporate side, I'm working with a leadership team at ING Bank on their product operating model transformation, and I'm running a team coaching engagement with RQI Partners—a joint venture between the American Heart Association and Laerdal Medical focused on improving resuscitation quality and CPR training for healthcare professionals. After a two-day workshop in Copenhagen, we're now in a coaching phase, and I'm hoping we'll reconvene in Copenhagen to see how far the team has come.
I'm also helping one new client adapt the Product Leadership Wheel for their organization.

  • From STRONG to Exceptional (Email Course) — The majority of my writing time lately has been dedicated to the leadership course. It launched in September, and I'm continuing to develop new material. I'm especially excited about our first Live Q&A session happening mid-January—very much looking forward to connecting with participants in real time!

  • Product at Heart 2026 — Arne and I are very busy curating two events: the Leadership Event (April 20-21, 2026) and the Conference (June 25-26, 2026). We've confirmed our first keynote speakers—Christian Idiodi, Elaine Kasket, and Teresa Torres—and we can't wait to share more about the program soon. Tickets are on sale with Early Bird pricing.

  • Speaking & Events — In January, I'll be in Cairo for the MENA Product Summit, where I'm running the first-ever live PLwheel workshop. Until now, teams and individuals have been using the tool on their own or in coaching with me—this is the first time I'll be guiding a group of product leaders through the wheel, live and in person. I'm incredibly excited! In May, I'll be attending the World Beautiful Business Forum in Athens.

  • Product Leadership Wheel (PLwheel) — The PLwheel is finished, and I'm now focused on promoting wider adoption and helping product leaders and teams get the most out of the tool.

  • Books — My book STRONG Product People just celebrated its 5th birthday! I continue to promote both STRONG Product People and STRONG Product Communities across multiple languages and formats.

  • Podcast — I'm co-hosting All Things Product with Teresa Torres, and we've now released nearly 40 episodes. We're seeing nice growth in our audience, and we'll continue to record—there's no shortage of things to talk about in the product world.

  • AI Exploration — I've finally set up Claude Code (inspired by Teresa Torres, Andrew Skotzko, and Carl Vellotti's generous tutorial), and I'm doing deeper AI exploration to automate business processes and build new tools. After writing two books, dozens of blog posts, and years of newsletters, I sometimes struggle to remember how I explained a particular topic in the past—and oftentimes, I explained it better back then, sometimes with a great illustration or framework. My Claude Code setup helps me work with my existing content more effectively, making sure I'm building on what I've already created rather than reinventing the wheel. It's been a game-changer for referencing my own work.

  • NurtrTech — As co-founder of NurtrTech, I'm focused on angel investing in AgriTech and sustainable food system startups. We're currently in due diligence with some promising startups—exciting times ahead.

  • Personal — My husband and I decided to separate midway through 2025, and navigating my own emotions while supporting our 8-year-old in this transition is no small feast. As life is finding a new rhythm, I'm entering 2026 with a renewed sense of clarity and calm. My focus will be on stability, meaningful work, and continuing to create spaces—through coaching, writing, and events—where growth and connection can flourish. I'm maintaining my reading practice and continuing to develop my wing foiling skills—both grounding practices that help me stay balanced.

MY NOT-TO-DO LIST:

  • Coaching for IC-level PMs.

  • Coaching for aspiring Product Coaches. If that's you, here's a blog post where I share some insights.

  • I'm not offering training in any form.

  • Non-client meetings: If you don't belong one of the groups mentioned above and want to pick my brain, that's perfectly fine. But you are one of many people asking for this one particular thing. So I can't usually answer these requests unless you book a coaching call. Which is possible :-) Just get in touch, and let's see if we can find a slot in my calendar.

THE IDEA

What's this /now-page thing? It's a movement started by Derek Sivers, and I just liked the idea. He put it best: "It's a nice reminder for myself, when I'm feeling unfocused. A public declaration of priorities. (If I'm doing something that's not on my list, is it something I want to add, or something I want to stop?) It helps me say no, too."
